Reality Check, Inc. teaches skills necessary to guide individuals in making positive life choices.
Our Mission
The mission of Reality Check Inc. is to encourage and empower individuals to understand their value and discover their personal worth.
How?
Reality Check uses a HOLISTIC Approach to Optimal Health.
Holistic Health is a concept in medical practice that considers that all aspects of people’s needs including psychological, physical, and social should be taken into account and seen as a whole.
Our primary means of program delivery occurs through partnership with school districts that invite us to speak to students in a variety of classes. We also offer one and two-day seminars for schools and adults. In Northwest Arkansas, we operate the Project 479 room in two different high schools that provides daily hands-on opportunities for students to be mentored in a variety of different life skills.
